Exciting news! My book is available at three local and independently owned stores. I take any chance I get to browse and shop at these creative stores. Supporting local businesses is so important right now – they really are the fabric of our communities. If you are able to, please visit them and even better, pick up a copy of my book!
I am thrilled to announce that my book is available to purchase from one of my very favorite Arizona bookstores, Changing Hands. They have two beautiful stores that have been serving the Tempe and Phoenix communities for more than 40 years! When I’m in AZ, I frequently go to Changing Hands to browse the new releases of books and gifts. They have quite a collection of unique gifts, calendars, notebooks, and cards. I highly recommend you stop by if you live in Phoenix or are visiting. Not only does Changing Hands have two local stores, but they also ship! This is a perfect way to support an independent bookstore even if you don’t live in Phoenix.
When I’m in Phoenix, nothing fills my soul like a trip up to Sedona with my sisters. We enjoy the art galleries, the food, and of course hiking through the beautiful Sedona landscape. Last fall while we were there, we stopped in Diva Hillside to shop and after talking with the owner, she agreed to carry my book. Diva Hillside is a lovely women’s clothing, gift, and furniture store that I highly recommend visiting if you are able to make it to Sedona. Please support this local business and check out my book while you are there. Did you know that part of the proceeds of each book sale goes toward financial education for women? You double your impact with one purchase!
Another option for my friends in the Decorah, Iowa area is the Agora Arts Gallery. Every item in the gallery has been carefully chosen by owner, Gail Bolson-Magnuson, and my home boasts several unique pieces I found there. Gail works directly with most of the artists in the gallery and many of them have displayed their work at the gallery for over 25 years. Gail also welcomes your online order. Email Gail at firstname.lastname@example.org, call her at 563-382-8786, or stop in the gallery!
If you are going to be in the Decorah area on Saturday, February 26th from 7-9 pm, come by Impact Coffee for appetizers and music. Gail will have my books available, and I will personally sign your copy.
At Agora Arts, we are proud to carry a high quality, well curated, handmade collection featuring the very best of American craft.”— GAIL MAGNUSON, OWNER, AGORA ARTS
